This is NOT a sponsored blog post. All the items we talk about we purchased.
We received nothing from Five Below in exchange for this post.

Happy summer! We are so excited to share our first Kids Talk of the season! With the start of the summer, our first episode is one that shares some fun summer items!

We went to our local Five Below store with a mission, find a handful of items that offer some easy, simple summer fun! The great thing about Five Below is that everything in the store is $5 or under! So for not a lot of money, we were able to find six products that we know we will have a lot of fun playing with this summer!

Here are the items that we found and shared on our episode of Kids Talk!

Battle Sabers

Pool Noodles are great fun in the pool and in the yard. With the Battle Sabers from Banzai you will definitely have fun in both! We love the these Battle Saber. We've already played with them in the yard and we're looking forward to getting them in the pool!

The Battle Sabers at $1 each! You will need to also have pool noodles!

Jump Ropes

Summer isn't summer with a jump rope or two! Breya grabbed a jump rope with pom pom tassels, as seen in our episode of Kids Talk. Pictured to the right are jump ropes that are fun to play with.

The jump ropes pictured are available at Five Below. Each are 7' long and go for $1.00 each.

Glow Sticks

Glow sticks are the perfect summer evening  activity! While the glow sticks pictured are not the same pack of glow stick we opened in the video, these are very similar. The pack that we opened included 100 bracelets with adapters to make a ball. The pack pictured are the traditional 4 inch stick.

Either way, glow sticks are so much fun to play with when day turns to night. The pack pictured costs $4.00 for ten 4" glow sticks.

Zuru Bunch O Balloons

Zuru Bunch O Balloons are great. Water balloons in seconds! As youth workers, we have filled thousands of water balloons  over the years. If only we had the Bunch O Balloons. This great invention helps you to fill literally hundreds of water balloons in seconds.

While it's not fool proof, meaning that there often balloons that don't fill,  it does do the job!

The package shown is $5.00 for 30 balloons.

Wacky String

Everyone loves string spray. We unloaded a bunch of cans on the last day of school (see vlog here). Five Below carries Wacky String. Each can is only $1.00 and comes in a variety of colors.

Grab a couple cans and head out into the yard for some fun!

Trampoline Ball

This game we really like. In fact, we're looking forward to taking Trampoline Ball with us to the beach! With the elastic ball, you pass back and forth using the trampoline paddles. It really is a lot of fun!

$5 for a set, which includes 2 paddles and one ball.
